Change of Ownership
1. Why is this happening?
You have probably read in the media about the redevelopment of the Allianz Stadium. This redevelopment will include refurbishment of their already very impressive health club and facilities.
During this period of refurbishment, they wanted to find a suitable club for their members to train in. They chose Centennial Health Club.
2. When is this happening?
The current expected timeline is:
Business as usual until September 30th. You can continue to train as normal at Centennial at EQ.
October 1st – 20th December: All Centennial members will have access to the UTS Stadium Club facilities at the Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust
January 2nd 2019: A bigger and better UTS Stadium Club will launch on the current Centennial site at EQ. You will then have full training rights here.
3. Do I need to do anything?
Not at this stage.
4. Are the changes a good thing?
Without doubt, yes!
During the transition period till the 2nd January, you will have access to an increased service offering including Tennis and Squash courts, Spa, Sauna, Steam room, members-only Café, 25m outdoor pool, onsite massage facilities and an expanded group fitness offering.
Then from the 2nd January you will again have full access to the exciting new Stadium Club. Everything you love about Centennial will still be there, but it will be an even better experience.
6. What will my new membership entitle me to?
From 1 October – 20th December 2018:
25m outdoor heated pool
Tennis & Squash Courts - Bookings taken 7 days in advance at midday through Venue Services Office. (Free of Charge)
Steam, Sauna and Spa Rooms
Completely equipped gymnasium with state of the art Technogym Artis cardio and weights equipment
Crèche operating 6 days a week
Group exercise timetable with more than 60 classes a week including mind body, Aqua aerobics, cycle, HIIT
From January 2nd 2019 onwards:
UTS Stadium Club Grand Opening at existing CHC site + additional surroundings
Facilities include the main gymnasium area containing over 100 pieces of strength and new state of the art Technogym Artis equipment
Separate Group Fitness and Cycle studios
Expanded Group Fitness offering
7. Can I bring a guest with me?
No. Only Platinum & Gold Stadium Members and current Centennial Health Club members will be able to access this exclusive offering.
8. Will my membership fee increase?
No, your current membership fees will stay the same despite the fact you will be getting so much more.
9. Can I suspend my membership during the transitional build period?
Yes, you can request to suspend your membership via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Usual charges apply as per your contract. Suspension can be organised for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks and in fortnightly blocks thereafter up to a maximum of 12 weeks
10. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, cancellation fees will apply for those inside their minimum term. If outside your contract, 30 days written notice of your intention to cancel is required
11. Can I transfer my membership?
No, your membership is non transferable
Classes & Crèche
12. Will the class timetable be changing?
The current CHC class timetable will change and CHC members will now have access to all of The UTS Stadium Club classes.

13. How do I book classes?
Classes are not booked, you can reserve your class spot 30 minutes prior to the class starting by receiving a token from Venue Services Office on your way in to the club.
14. Are all classes still free?
All classes are free with the exception of Pilates and Yoga. This is due to the higher rates we pay for specialised instructors to conduct these classes. The cost of either of these classes is $12 for a casual visit or you can purchase a 10pk or 20pk with a reduced fee per class.
15. Will there still be a crèche?
There is a crèche at the current UTS Stadium Club which CHC members will be able to utilise. The crèche runs from 9am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 11:30am on Saturdays. All sessions are 1.5 hour blocks.

16. How do I book the crèche?
Crèche bookings can be made at Venue Services Office or you way in. On your way to dropping off your children in the crèche, please collect a token from Venue Services to pass on to crèche staff.
17. How much does the crèche cost?
Crèche sessions are for 1.5hrs and cost $10 per session. Reduced session rates apply for 10pk and 20pk purchases.
18. Where is the Stadium Club?
The UTS Stadium club is located off Driver Avenue just 5 minutes’ walk from the Entertainment Quarter. Entry is via the Venue Services Office next to Gate A, Allianz Stadium.
19. Will I still be able to access free parking?
There is a current members carpark (MP1) located off Driver Avenue next to the NRL Headquarters Building where you can park when coming to the UTS Stadium Club.
This Carpark is subject to availability and on game days will incur a nominal fee.
20. What hours is the Stadium Club open?
The UTS Stadium Club is open:
Monday to Thursday: 6am – 10pm
Friday & Saturday: 6am – 8pm
Sunday: 7am – 8pm
Public Holidays: 7am – 7pm (no Group Exercise classes)
21. Is the Club open on public holidays?
Yes, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday.
22. What about my personal trainer?
All Centennial PT’s are relocating to the UTS Stadium Club facilities on the 1st of October.
23. What other benefits will I get being a member of the Stadium Club?
In addition to enjoying a truly world class gym floor with incredible fitness classes, you’ll also now have access to a wide range of additional services like dry cleaning, kids holiday programs, swim school, boot camps, challenges, business networking events, members exclusive Christmas party and many more.
24. How do I access mywellness?
Access is via the Mywellness Kiosk, My Wellness App, Website or by logging in via the Cardio Equipment directly.
25. What will happen to my perkville points?
Perkville will no longer operate from October 1st 2018

26. Can I bring my dog to the current Stadium Club? What about the new Stadium Club at EQ?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted onsite.
