Dedicated fitness classes for women

When you are ready to start exercising again, you want a programme that is tailored for your body state, with a trainer who knows what you are going through and how to get you where you want to be.

Centennial offers special classes designed for women that are both fun and very effective.

Our classes will help you build core strength, get stronger, tone up, lose baby-weight, increase your cardio capacity and boost your metabolism. 

We also deliberately keep all our classes to small group sizes (Group Personal Training). This means you get the personal attention you deserve and get the results you want faster.  

Finally, as the classes are for women only, you will find you share the same goals and challenges as everyone else in the class, which we find creates a fantastic team spirit and real friendships.

Getting to the gym can be tough when your kids are constantly demanding attention.

So we offer our members a crèche where you can drop your kids in, relax, and enjoy your workout.

Our priority is providing a fun and safe environment for your children.

Getting back into your fitness routine can be tough and having a clear plan will help ensure that you achieve your health and fitness goals. So when you become a member, we will give you a free session with one of our highly experienced trainers to develop a personal plan to get you where you want to be. 

Our trainers have expertise in pre- and post-natal fitness. So we will find a trainer who is the perfect match for your own personal goals.   

We recruit our trainers on the basis of their expertise and their friendliness, not the size of their muscles, so they are also people you enjoy spending time with rather than feel intimidated by. They’re not that bad looking either.

More than just a place to workout

Most gyms are just a place to workout and then get out. Centennial is different.

Our goal is to build a community of members who enjoy coming into the gym and feel good about their health and fitness journey.

Many of our members have made great new friendships since joining and can often be seen enjoying a coffee at one of the local EQ cafes after training or wandering through the weekly farmers' market.
