Being an early riser and motivated I've always fallen in love with gyms BUT Centennial is not just "another gym" it offers so much more than your typical weight workout and Personal Trainers.
The incredible atmosphere of the staff and the members attending feel so homely and anyone who is working out when you do is inspiring and uplifting. The outrageously new machines, classes, workouts and trainers I wish were around when I was in my professional swimming career.
I love being able to work out hard as a mum and know my toddlers upstairs are also being looked after and having a wonderful time.
Training with women in particular with some of the morning classes centennial offer a wonderful gathering of mums who want to be back in shape and get ahead not letting having babies or older children stop us.
It's a sheer delight watching this gym grow and I love the outdoor feel it presents.
I feel so blessed to be a member at centennial.

I have been training at Centennial Health Club for 6 months now. I have been enjoying getting trained by Maxime Levrault. He has pushed me to reach new goals both mentally and physically. I have been a professional ocean lifeguard for 9 years. During that time I have trained in a lot of different gyms, but I must say Centennial is the best gym I have worked out in. They have great staff, great equipment, and great workouts. I'll be training there for a long time to come! Can't wait to see more results and push myself even more.

Hi I’m Cat Vas, I am a professional singer who last year appeared on X Factor Australia.
The day I made it to the finals, I knew I needed to get into shape fast. I wanted to look my absolute best, and needed to feel fit and strong for the rigorous schedule.
I joined Centennial Health Club that week, and started training 30mins, two times a week, taking advantage of the amazing Bikini Bootcamp group classes. I also combined that with a single PT session with Mike Wolfsbauer for 5 weeks.
The thing I love about Centennial Health Club is the friendly staff and accountability.
They looked after me through a very gruelling season of life and have stayed interested and invested in my ongoing fitness and health which I have appreciated so much.
If you haven’t tried PT sessions yet, I would encourage you to give it a go. The trainers are amazing and I believe that extra 1 on 1 is what will have you seeing results you never thought you could achieve.

After a life of sport it's easy to assume you'll continue to have the motivation to get up each morning to stay in shape. Wrong! It's not always easy to get motivated for the gym.
I met Marco Mastrorocco at Centennial Health Club and decided to trial a one on one session after turning up to the gym after 2 years without much consistency or motivation. Since then I've really enjoyed working with Marco and seeing and feeling the results which I know I wouldn't have achieved on my own.
Marco's technical knowledge on technique and creating a dedicated plan to work on areas of weaknesses means I really have worked efficiently in the gym and the classes at Centennial Health Club are also a great complement to add some aerobic fitness to the mix.
I'd happily recommend investing wisely in yourself by giving Marco or any of the crew at the club a go!

Centennial Health Club has provided me with such a unique and satisfying training environment during the lead up to my world record attempt, retracing my grandfathers world record he set in 1970 waterskiing 5,010kms.
Not only does the gym have the latest in equipment, the range of equipment and gym set up is so diverse and challenging it allows me to cover off all the range of movements plus more in my training to help condition and strengthen my body for endurance waterskiing.

It doesn’t feel like a posy gym.
We both also have personal training sessions, which we find challenging and extremely rewarding.
We love it so much, that we also persuaded our 14 year old son to join and do classes with us!
