We recruit our trainers on the basis of their expertise and their friendliness, not the size of their muscles.
Our trainers are typically experts in a chosen sport (including for example triathlon, dancing, decathlon, golf, martial arts, swimming, cross fit), are highly trained and experienced and know how to get results.
They are also people you enjoy spending time with rather than feel intimidated by. They’re not that bad looking either.
