This 3 hour workshop is aimed at providing you with a deeper understanding regarding the movements, breathing and philosophy behind Vinyasa and Warrior pose yoga. Michelle Brookman, with several years experience in several styles of Yoga, has created a unique delivery tailored to help Yogi's with a wide variety of experience.
