We are excited to be launching a whole bunch of new fitness classes from the 1st May.
Classes that are unique, fun, and most importantly have been carefully designed to get you the results you are looking for, faster.
One of the new classes we will be launching is Kick Club. Kick Club is an aerobic orientated workout, using striking techniques that utilise the art of "eight limbs": fists, elbows, knees and shins are all called upon to create a fighting fit physique.
This class is taught by Marion Turley, a huge experienced kick boxing instructor. It’s for all fitness levels and complete beginners are very welcome.
Kick Club is more than just a typical "boxercise" session. It draws on authentic kick boxing techniques but without the aggressive, intimidating attitude that you will often find in kick boxing gyms. The focus is on having fun as you enjoy incredible results.
Boxing gloves are provided but feel free to bring you own.
